An

a single teaspoon of red chili powder, taste-adjusted
One teaspoon of red chili powder, ground
A pinch of salt
two teaspoons of chopped coriander leaves
one teaspoon of dried fenugreek leaves
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
3 cooked potatoes
3 boiled tomatoes
1 cup of water
Step By Step Guide
Step 1
First,
divide the cauliflower florets into small pieces.
Step 2
In a pan or kadai, warm some oil and quickly cook some cauliflower florets. Put
them apart.
Step 3
Place the chopped onion, ginger-garlic mixture, and the mustard seeds in the
same pan or kadai. The onions should be sautéed for a few minutes at a time
until tender.
Step 4
Next, add yogurt, cumin seeds, coriander leaves minced, turmeric powder,
crushed red chile, salt, cooked tomatoes, potatoes, fried cauliflower, and
water.
Step 5
Place a lid on the pan and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 6Turn off the top and keep cooking on high heat for a few minutes, stirring at
times until the curry slightly thickens.
Step 7
To finish, add the garam masala powder, dried fenugreek leaves, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix thoroughly, then plate.
