Minced Meat and Pea Curry - Delicious Matar Qeema Recipe

Ingredients:

 

- half a kilogram of minced beef; 

-0.5 kg of peas

-2 onions

-One teaspoon of garlic paste

- a single teaspoon of ginger paste

-2 tomatoes

- 6 green peppers

-A cup of yogurt

- Salt, according to preference

- A single teaspoon of red chili powder (adjust to taste)

- a quarter of a teaspoon of powdered turmeric

-a teaspoon of dried coriander leaves

- 1/4 teaspoon of mixed spice, garam masala

Oil for cooking

 

Instructions:

 

1. Add sliced onions and garlic to a pan that has some oil in it. Until golden brown, fry.

 

2. Season the pan with salt, chili powder, and turmeric powder. Stir well, then cook for approximately five minutes.

 

3. After adding, cook the minced beef for 15 minutes. If more water is required, add it and boil the meat until it is soft.

 

4. To make a paste, combine yogurt, ginger paste, and dried coriander leaves. Cook the mixture more until the oil begins to separate from it.

 

5. Stir in peas and green chilies to the pan. If additional water is required, add it and simmer the peas until they are soft.

 

6. After the peas are cooked, add more green chilies to the dish as a finishing touch. Serve your scrumptious Matar Qeema with a flatbread and salad sauce on the side.
