Ingredients:
300 grammes of boneless chicken
a tablespoon of lemon juice

To the sauce:
3/4 cup lemon juice

Three to four lettuce leaves; one cup of sliced green and

Instructions:
1. How to Cook the Chicken: For uniform cooking, slice the
boneless chicken into thin strips.
Cook the chicken through and gently brown it in a skillet
with chopped garlic.
Mix yoghurt, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, crushed black
pepper, and BBQ spice in a small bowl. After adding the mixture to the cooked
chicken, gently toss it to coat it.
The sauce should thicken while the chicken simmers. Place
on a platter and let to gently cool.
2. How to Make the Sauce: To make a creamy and tangy sauce,
mix mustard paste, lemon juice, yoghurt, and chopped garlic in a bowl.
To intensify the flavours, quickly sauté the sauce
combination in some oil in a skillet.
Place the sauce in a another bowl.
3. To make the salad, slice the tomatoes, cucumbers, and
onions very thinly.
Put lettuce leaves in a big dish to serve as the
foundation.
Cucumbers, pickled peppers, tomatoes, olives, and cucumbers should all be included. Add some olive oil and stir thoroughly.
4. Putting Together the Pita Filling: Toast or reheat the
pita bread in the oven.
