enjoy in this delicious Chicken Badami
Qorma! In this easy meal, the chicken is cooked in a thick, creamy sauce
comprised of yoghurt, almonds, and spices to produce tender chicken. You're
able to wow everyone who comes with this wonderful lunch by following our
step-by-step directions.
One kilogramme of cut-up chicken is required.

cumin powder,
ginger-garlic paste, and coriander seeds
Cumin seeds, red chilli flakes,
red chilli powder, and

Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken,
ginger and garlic pastes, salt, vinegar, and water. Allow it to marinade for 30
minutes.
2. Sauté the onions: Heat the ghee or oil in a skillet and
then sauté the onion slices until they are golden brown.
3. Make the yoghurt-almond mixture by thoroughly blending
the yoghurt, ground the almonds, and half of the cooked onions.
4. In the same container, heat the ghee or oil to begin
cooking the spices. Add the ginger-garlic paste and stir. Coriander seeds and
cumin powder must be added next. roasting until fragrant.
5. Include the remaining yogurt-almond combination: Add
fried onions, fried almonds, and the leftover yogurt-almond mixture to the pan.
Cook for between three and four minutes, stirring often.
6. Seasonings should be added, such as salt, carom seeds,
cumin seeds, red chilli flakes, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder. Cook
for two minutes with thorough stirring.
7. After marinating the chicken, put it to the stove and
cook. Cook covered until tender. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
8. Finish the meal off by sprinkling fried onions and
almonds on top. Totally combine.
9. Simmer and garnish: Allow the gravy to thicken and the
oil to separate. If you want the food to have extra taste, add some saffron
threads. Julienned ginger should be sprinkled on top. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
10. Add a garnish and serve: Include any additional toppings
of your choice, such as fried onions and blanched almonds. With roti, rice, or
naan, serve hot.
While adjusting the spice stages, pay attention to your own
personal taste preferences.
Vegetable oil may be used in lieu of the ghee, if desired.
If you want the dish to be richer, use heavy cream.
For a more velvety feel, strain the yoghurt-almond mixture.
To alter the consistency, if extra water or chicken broth is
required.
Try increasing the amount of spices, such as cardamon,
cinnamon, or bay leaves, to boost the taste.
