Delicious Iranian Irani Korma: A Savory Delight for Eid Celebrations

Iranian recipe for qorma

 

Ingredients: 

a kilo of cut-up beef

3 dried red chilies (chopped after removing the seeds) 

1 teaspoon of black pepper powder

A ginger stick that is 1 inch long.

1 chopped onion 

a one-inch piece of chopped ginger

2 chopped garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of raisins

Almonds, two tablespoons

two lemons, from which two tablespoons of juice should be obtained.

Taste-adjusted salt 

one tablespoon of sugar

As needed, ghee (clarified butter).

 Instructions:

1.Clean and pat dry the meat before use. Add salt and lemon juice, then marinate for two hours.

2. In a saucepan, heat four tablespoons of ghee. Stir in the onions, cinnamon, and dried red chilies.

3. Proceed to cook the onion slices until they become golden. the meat that has been marinated, ginger, and garlic. For a bit, sauté.

4. Add enough water to completely cover the meat and sugar after that. Cook the beef covered over low heat until it is tender.

5. Stir in the raisins, the almonds, and pistachios when the meat is nearly done. Cook the meat a little longer to get complete tenderness.

6. Turn off the heat and serve the rice and salad hot.
